Seems impossible to even contemplate for many who are living right now in challenging situations in a rural family business that you can have a good relationship with your sister in law, especially if you are both living and working in the same business. There are many reasons why these relationships between the women become so tense and although on the surface we all pretend that everything is fine, many times hiding beneath the pleasantries there is a storm brewing that if left unresolved can tear a family apart and cause many problems for rural farming families.
